How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost is decided by our courier and depend on weight of the item as well as shipping destination. During the checkout process, you may find the actual shipping cost for your purchased.

How long does process order take?

Upon payment confirmation with exception on weekend, it takes approximately
5-7 working days to process the order (for ready made, without embroidery). Kindly take note that, processing time may vary depending on product purchased, for more details do refer to product page.

Has my order been shipped out yet?

Please hang it there yah! We’re also can’t wait to deliver our awesome products for you. Just so you know, once your order is done with packaging process and pick up by the courier, we will email to your registered email address a unique tracking code just to make sure you know the status about your parcel. Do check your junk mail also okay, just in case it’s there. Additional information, from your account page (Account >Order), you can track your order status.

Do you shipped everyday?

For ready stock item & non embroidery item, if the orders made before 11am, will be completed & shipped on the same day. For order made after 11am, it will be shipped the following day.

Meanwhile, for the pre order item, once the item have been done it will be shipped as soon as we can. We will ensure the duration to ship out will not exceed the duration that we have given to you.

Can I self collect?

Yes! You may self collect your order at our store but make sure you already make an appointment with our staff. Don’t forget to choose the option self collect when you are purchasing your order through our website. Once appointment is set there you go. Welcome to Hanzomedic gallery.

What do I do if there is a problem with my order?

Any problem such as you received an incorrect item or the item you received is having a defect or any problem regarding our product. You may contact our customer service as well and don’t forget to provide any purchasing proof from our store.

Some of our products that are high in demand will usually be restocked. Usually, we will announce on our main social media page (Instagram & Facebook) once we have restocked that products. So make sure to check there frequently, so that you will not left behind.

Your product is ready stock or pre order?

Ready stock- Applicable for medical scrub plain with 10 basic colour and standard size. For medical item, ready stock item are mostly for disposable item & home user equipment. Other than that, it will consider pre order item.

Pre order – Applicable for medical scrub printed (scrub batik & exclusive), custom made size (5XL and above), scrub bulk order or you choose another colour that not in stock with us.

Do I need to register to shop?

Nope! You don’t have to register and may utilise the guest checkout features. However by registering with us can help you by saving your time during checkout process as we already have your address details. It ca help you to keep track your order history and many more benefits awaiting you.

Do I automatically will receive updates on new collections and any ongoing promotion if I already registered my account?

Just so you know, by registering will not affecting to you for automatically getting spam mail unless you sign up for our newsletter. By signing up, you will the first one to know and receiving any good news from us such as our new arrivals, discounts, promotions and flash sale.
